Where to find us

Our office is on Auer Mead in St. Koeppham, a small town in south Wales. We chose it because it is close enough to the M4 corridor for easy access to Cardiff, Swansea, Bristol and Newport, but far enough from city-centre traffic to make client visits pleasant rather than stressful.

If you are visiting for the first time, call us when you arrive and someone will meet you at reception. We have a small meeting room with tea, coffee and a whiteboard, which is where most scoping sessions happen.

What happens after you get in touch

Once we receive your message, here is the typical sequence of events.

First, one of our consultants replies by email or phone within one working day. The purpose of this first conversation is simply to understand your situation. We ask about your business size, the challenge you are facing, and any deadlines driving the project. This call usually takes 15 to 20 minutes.

If it sounds like we can help, we arrange a half-day scoping session at your premises. There is no charge for this. We use the session to define the project scope, agree on deliverables, and set a timeline. Within three working days after the session, you receive a written proposal with a fixed fee.

You have as long as you need to decide. We do not chase. If you accept, we schedule the start date, send the first invoice, and begin work. If you decide not to go ahead, that is fine too. About one in three scoping sessions does not convert to a project, and we are comfortable with that ratio.

We have never charged for a scoping session, and we do not plan to start. It is the only way we can write a proposal that accurately reflects what you need, and it gives both sides a chance to see whether the working relationship feels right before any money changes hands.
